No previous experience is required. All you need to bring is a portion of curiosity and open airways.
If you discover that you like scuba diving, you can earn your first diving certification in our PADI Open Water Diver course.
For kids between 8 and 10 years old we offer Bubblemaker dives in shallow water.

Tipping your toe into the underwater world has never been easier!
Your first diving adventure starts with an easy-to-understand theoretical introduction, where you'll familiarize yourself with the diving equipment and basic underwater safety guidelines. Once all your questions are answered, we'll make our way to the beach. In shallow, chest-deep waters you'll take your first breaths underwater—an experience you'll always remember. To ensure your comfort and safety, you'll acquire three fundamental diving skills before we set off to explore our house reef Hin Jedi, a beginner friendly dive site.
Throughout the dive, your diving instructor will be at your side at all times. If you surface happy and with a big smile, you're welcome to join for a second dive.
For those seeking a more adventurous experience, we also offer introductory boat dives upon request.

Any children that are 8 years or older can try their first dive with us. After a short introduction we head to confined aka shallow water or the pool where the young divers can learn to breathe underwater for the first time. This is followed by being led to dive to a maximum depth of 2 metres. Our experienced dive instructors provide the highest level of safety and of course a lot of fun!

What is the price for an Intro Dive from Shore on Koh Kood?An Intro Dive from Shore is 2500 THB per person and includes: dive instructor, rental equipment and drinking water. Your instructor will explain you how to dive safe and enjoy the experience. In shallow water close to the beach you'll learn some basic diving skills and after you dive on our house reef Hin Chedi.

Do I get a certification for the Intro Dive from Shore on Koh Kood?The Intro Dive does not give you a diving certification. It's a first time experience to see how you feel under water and if you like scuba diving. If you liked your Intro Dive you can continue and earn your first diving certification in our PADI Open Water Course. Completing this diving course on Koh Kood will give you a certification to dive together with a dive buddy world wide and life long to a depth of max. 18 meters.

How long does the Intro Dive from Shore on Koh Kood take?The whole experience, including the briefing by your dive instructor will take around 3 hours of which you'll spend around 1 hour in the water. The dive itself will be around 35-45 minutes, depending on your air consumption.
